Important Info On Npower Beneficiaries Contribution

With some questions many people raising regarding the contribution, it is important we enlighten everyone on the usefulness of the money. The reps met and discussed on the way forward after the two years of this program, we therefore concluded on organizing a program that will involve Governor, all NOA's focal person, WAPA commissioners and some Lagos state members house of assembly.

The essence of inviting this dignitaries is to ask them the possible permanent employment after this program and to know what plan Lagos state government has for us. We need to work together to make this a reality we can't do that without the effort of all Lagos N-power beneficiaries.

This was what prompt us to ask everyone to voluntarily donate 200 naira and above to make this program reality. We also need orientation as far as this program is concern and this will cut across all arms of the program (N-teach, N-health, N-community and N-agro) With this plan on ground, we need the cooperation of everyone and let's also bear it in mind that this is a voluntary donation.

200# to organise government dignitaries. This is at our own expense? I beg to disagree. Just for verifying unpaid volunteers stipends for the first alert some rep collected money from this volunteers in the name of logistics, God is really watching.

To me is very Very wrong and that is what we called corruption. We are the same set of people robbing ourselves can you imagine that? The governor and his Assembly can host us without our 200# if will follow the right channels. This guys are already wealthy. Is like robbing peter to pay paul as far as l am concern please.

Although, the agenda of making the job permanent is very good, but we must ask, who gave us this NPOWER job? Federal or state? I laugh when I see unrealistic agenda that were stipulated for the collection of the money.

Why the rush into a program that is not up to six months, which has a lot of issues such as; unpaid stipends, in regularities in working days, delay in the posting of individuals to there PPA, inabilities of hundreds of people to see there names etc.

I dont Care who the rep is, if any dubious character try to manipulate any of my npower colleagues, l wont mind to challenge such individual even to report such to FG npower constituted authority.
