I registered for Npower with the first batch the system crashed, ask anybody with reference number NPB you will discover that maybe none with that is among the shortlisted candidate, they made a mess with our bio data, so when the time for writing test was around I couldn't access the portal so I had to call the customer care, they gave me an incomplete profile of myself which included a wrong number, I asked them to change the number which they are yet to do up till now, later I was shortlisted but not LGA of residence like other and within two days of that name appearing they removed my name with other two their name was without LGA of residence from de portal.
Fortunately my name was with the list the Anambra focal person had, she used to refer to us as unspecified, when it was time for verification, couldn't do it the first after much enquiry, I got the focal person number and did my verification, when the payment of stipend started I asked the focal person about it, her answer always shows how disinterested she was in the scheme, so I had to share her personal line on one social forum, numerous phone calls which forced her to create a desk officer to be handling de issue, but before I shared the number I had expressed the action of the focal person towards us then and she told me I should mind how I say things in public that she had dealt with public before I ignore it then.
A sabotage picked my lines and leaked to the focal person, as am talking to you now, I know the focal person saved my line she doesn't pick it rather she SMS's me back telling me she is busy, when the payment time and I was not paid, I went through their hotlines and rectified the ones that can be done there then they told me to send my birth certificate through their email or the focal person can get it to them, I tried to get the focal person but couldn't, she will always direct me to the desk officer who will likewise direct me to the general email stuff, then they called for re-verification, I had the opportunity to meet her face to face, she said she can't do anything except to reverify me again, I just saw the act as a waste of time in my case, so I asked for Npower address at Abuja which I got, I went to Abuja and found out that the Npower address I had was for FCT state only, she first said she can't help me but later directed me to one man, that man told me that the main office is the VP office which is in the presidential villa which has now moved to president office as acting president, that I can't get there unless on invitation, so out of pity he gave me the email address of SSA to the president on youth empowerment and job creation, which I used to send my details my certificate etc.

Do you know that within three minute they forwarded the email to the PA to the VP handling the Npower matter and into two hours he replied saying receive the and will be processed I started coming back to Awka I arrived Awka by 5:30, I check my profile everything has been corrected, note the man told me I should only send my case that I should not bastardize the opportunity he has given me, so I logged in to this site and told you, people, that the focal person had a private email according to the man, that sabo again went and snitched, the upper week upon my return to Awka, I wanted to use that email sort the issue of a Npower person in the same school with me, I sent de details to the SSA as usual she forwarded to the PA lo and behold the PA replied de mail, and said use selection@npower.gov.ng or contact ur focal per. That snitch was paid, that snitch will still snitch, but OSU imi ga analili... I just wish I had listened to you earlier.
